We offer a 2-year warranty on all our work.
Phase 1
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & BUDGETING
We start with honest discuss around your budget. This is important so you feel from the start, you and I know what your feel comfortable investing and we can then design to that budget. Our design phase is done on an hourly basis which allows for a very transparent design phase that puts you in the driver’s seat.
Phase 2
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & BUDGETING

Phase 3
PRICING & CONTRACT
Our pricing is all determined before we begin construction. Our pricing is transparent and takes the mystery of how the costs added up. We are a firm price contract, and all decisions are detailed in architectural drawings, written specifications and payment terms.
Phase 4
CONSTRUCTION
Once all necessary permits have been acquired, we can schedule your project. We provide you a schedule before we start and update you along the way if things change.
